We know you’re ready to set the mood. Here’s what to expect after placing your order.

Processing

All orders are carefully packed and prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, restocks, or periods of high order volume, please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other carrier-related circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
