CANDLE CARE

TREAT YOUR CANDLE RIGHT.

A little maintenance goes a long way.

Your candle has places to be. Help it burn its best with a little care.

TRIM IT.

Before every burn, trim both wicks to about ¼ inch. This helps keep the flame controlled and reduces soot and mushrooming.

FIRST BURNS MATTER.

The first time you light your candle, let the wax melt evenly across the surface before putting it out. This helps prevent tunneling and sets your candle up for a better burn.

KNOW WHEN TO QUIT.

We know, it’s hard.

Keep each burn to 4 hours or less. Longer isn’t better and can cause the vessel to become too hot.

KEEP IT CLEAN.

Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, and anything else that doesn’t belong there.

DON’T LEAVE IT HANGING.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, pets, little hands, and anything flammable.

WHEN IT’S OVER, IT’S OVER.

Stop burning your candle when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Don’t try to squeeze out one last burn. We promise there will be another candle.

BURN BETTER. MOOD BETTER.

Take care of your candle and it’ll return the favor.
